INFORMATION LETTER
Dear Parents,
We are super excited to be heading into the 2025 hockey season.
Welcome back to our existing members, as well as new members who will be joining the ConBerg family!
PRE-SEASON
Pre-season training for U13 and U15 players will run from Monday, 3rd March, to
Thursday, 13th March, with sessions from 18:00 – 19:00. These sessions are open to
both members and non-members and are entirely optional – perfect for those eager to
get back on the turf while allowing flexibility for those still engaged in summer sports.
Pre-Season Schedule:
● Monday: U13 Boys
● Tuesday: U15 Girls
● Wednesday: U13 Girls
● Thursday: U15 Boys
TRIALS
Trials will be held on Saturday, 15th March.

If your child cannot attend trials, kindly still complete the form and select the “Unavailable” option.
Trial Times for Saturday, 15 March 2025:
● 08:00 – 09:00 | U13 Boys
● 09:00 – 10:00 | U13 Girls
● 10:00 – 11:00 | U15 Boys
● 11:00 – 12:00 | U15 Girls
SEASON INFORMATION
Team practices will begin on Monday, 17th March.
Please refer to the schedule below for specific practice days and times.
At this stage, practices are for members only.
If you would like to register your child as a member, please visit our website (here) and select the appropriate league (U13 or U15).
Seasonal subscription fee: R2 150
League matches will commence in April and run until September.
Practice Schedule:
● U13 Boys: Monday, 18:00 – 19:00
● U13 Girls: Wednesday, 18:00 – 19:00
● U15 Girls: Tuesday, 18:00 – 19:00
● U15 Boys: Thursday, 18:00 – 19:00
To kick off the season, we invite all families to the Conberg Junior Picnic on Friday, 11th April, at 16:00, at the Conberg Astro.
Bring your own snacks and drinks, or enjoy treats from the tuckshop.
There will be entertainment for the kids, so don’t miss out!

U13 & U15 LEAGUE ELIGIBILITY
● U13 League: Players must be 11 years old as of 1st January 2025 (Grade 6 or
7 in 2025).
● U15 League: Players must be 13 years old as of 1st January 2025 (Grade 8 or
9 in 2025).
CONBERG KIT
A kit order form will be shared once team practices commence.
Kit Prices:
● Tops: R400
● Socks: R80
● Skorts / Shorts: R400 (optional – can wear navy blue if they have)
● Warm-up Top: R200 (optional)
● Hoodies: R450 (optional – batch orders placed twice per season)
